Backyard Bourbon Steaks
I got the idea for this steak marinade from Paula Dean. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical of the ingredients- but it was so good! We used ribeyes, but you can use any cut of beef! I think chicken would be delish in this marinade, too.... I might have to try that!
Marinate steaks in:
- 1 cup of bourbon
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 2/3 cup of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup of chopped, fresh cilantro
We grilled the ribeyes on a gas grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Super quick and easy!
