Cedar Plank Salmon

Jason and I have really been enjoying cedar planks this summer. This was our first time ever to cook salmon- and we really liked it! It wasn't "fishy" at all- and it cooked in about 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1 cedar plank
- 1/2 cup of Kraft Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette dressing
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh parsley
- a few lemon slices
- seasoning: salt, pepper, Greek, and lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- salmon filets- shown is about 1 and a half pounds

Directions:
1) Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
2) Mix dressing and parsley together and pour over salmon.
3) Lightly season the salmon and top with lemon slices.
4) Brush the top of the cedar plank with oil and place the salmon on top.
5) Heat grill to medium heat and grill until fish flakes easily with a fork.
6) Voila!
